Shipping
We ship worldwide from our studio in Rīga, Latvia. Every piece is carefully wrapped in recycled materials and packed to survive the journey.

Free shipping on all orders over €75 within the EU.
Packaging
Every piece comes in a simple, elegant box suitable for gifting. We use recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. Each package includes a card with the maker's notes — the clay body, glaze, firing temperature, and a few words about the inspiration behind the piece.
Made to Order
Some pieces are marked “Made to Order.” These are crafted specifically for you after your purchase. Production time is typically 2–3 weeks. We'll email you when your piece enters production and again when it ships.
Returns
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged Items
We pack with extreme care, but ceramics are fragile and accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
